Cancellations & Returns
Nourish The Soul may allow cancellations of orders only in the event that your order details have not been sent to our shipping partner or are yet to be dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled after it has been dispatched. Where we have made a product to order, Nourish The Soul will evaluate this on a cases by case basis as our candle orders are made fresh upon purchase. If this product has not yet been made we may offer a refund.
We accept that if you have received an incorrect order from us that is different to the one you ordered, we will investigate further and replace the incorrect product with the correct product, or we will credit your Credit Card Account with a refund and organise for the incorrect items to be shipped back to us.
Nourish The Soul is not responsible for colour differences or variations from product images on our website or other information provided, as every natural item listed will vary. We put great care into providing quality natural products. However, with all natural products, there can be slight variations and more so with natural crystals which can vary quite significantly.
Faulty/ Damaged Goods
If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged we will investigate this on a case by case basis. Once we have received detailed information of your issues with the product/items and investigated the issue, an exchange or full refund will be offered. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible, or an alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available.
Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of damaged goods. We may also ask to collect the damaged products from you for quality review purposes.
Where goods are believed to be faulty, please notify us of your intent to return the goods in writing, by email info@nourishthesoul.com.au
Return postage costs incurred by the buyer will be reviewed once we have received the returned product/s.
Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at the standard shipping rate.
Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/ debit card with which the purchase was made, within 2 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, which will depend on your bank institution..
